In a lightning protection system, equipotential bonding is very much important. Equipotential bonding is the process of electrically connecting metallic structures and conductive parts. This will keep the voltage of the metallic structures, the same throughout parts. It will protect the building from indirect and remote lightning. This will also reduce the risk of equipment damage and personal injury.
